Who we are
This website is run by Rakewood Consulting FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

What we collect
When you send a message through the form we receive:
- your name,
- your email address,
- your message,
- your IP address, and
- the time you sent it.
Name, email address and message are all required. The form will not send without them.
Your IP address is passed to Cloudflare’s anti-bot check. It is also included in the email we receive. Cloudflare also uses IP addresses to limit how quickly requests can be made to the form.
The website has no database or storage of its own for your message. It passes it on as an email. If sending fails, our error log records the reason, not what you wrote.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to you and to do any work that results from your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing and we do not keep a mailing list.
Who receives it
Your message is read by Rakewood Consulting. It may also be processed by AI assistants working on our behalf.
It is handled for us by service providers, including Microsoft.
Outside the UAE
Our service providers and the AI tools we use may handle your details outside the UAE. We do not know where their servers are.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows.
Cookies and similar tools
This website loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and its own code sets no cookies.
The home page, where the form is, loads Cloudflare’s anti-bot check (Turnstile). That check is Cloudflare’s. Cloudflare describes how it handles data on its Turnstile privacy page.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or to delete it. Email the address above.
